Eligibility Criteria for SET Exam 2023
The Symbiosis Entrance Test (SET) is a popular entrance examination conducted by Symbiosis International (Deemed) University for admission to various undergraduate programs. Interested candidates are required to meet the SET eligibility criteria 2023, which are as follows:
- Academic Qualification: Candidates must have passed Class 12 or an equivalent examination in the relevant streams from a recognized board or university with a minimum aggregate score of 50%. In the case of candidates belonging to SC/ST category, a relaxation of 5% is provided, and they must have secured at least 45% marks.
- Appearing Candidates: Candidates who are currently in Class 12 or awaiting their Class 12 results are also eligible to apply for the SET Exam. However, they must submit a passing certificate before the deadline.
- Equivalence Certificate: Candidates who have completed Class 12 or an equivalent examination from any Foreign Board must obtain an equivalence certificate from the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
