National-level Entrance Exams: CLAT, LSAT, and AILET are a few of the national-level exams you can sit for. Here’s what you need to know about them:

  1. CLAT 2023: Conducted for admission into 22 NLUs in India, CLAT is considered the benchmark by many self-financed law colleges and universities. To be eligible for the exam, you must have a 3-year LLB degree or an equivalent degree from a recognized university. You also need to score at least 55% marks for the General/OBC/SAP category, and 50% for SC/ST category.
  2. LSAT: The Law School Admission Test is an entrance exam conducted by Pearson VUE India on behalf of the Law School Admission Council (LSAC). To be eligible, you must have completed a graduate degree in law.
